Betancur Studio provides marketing, customer-recovery, audit, photography, and related growth services for restaurants. Specific engagements (scope, deliverables, pricing) are defined in the proposal or agreement provided for each client.
Content on this Site and in our reports is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. Consult qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betancur Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits or lost business — arising from your use of the Site or the free audit. Our total liability related to the Site or free audit will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Paid engagements are governed by their own agreements.
The Site may reference or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the applicable federal laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Betancur Studio is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state.
